Sweetarts...

Oh man being home is just flying  by! If I haven't told you already I am leaving on May 12th for New Zealand again, I will be starting the Basic Leadership School (BLS). While you do this school you must be staff so I am going to be base staff serving as the kitchen manager aka the cook. I am super excited to see what God has in store for me during this time. I will be gone for about 2 years. I know it's a long time but I also know that it will just fly by!
So home is just a little weird for me right now, just going from having so many people around to having 3 in the house. Don't get me wrong I love being home my family and friends have been amazing! Going to the bank, I forgot how long it takes especially when you've been gone for 6 months, everyone wants to hear about your travels and what you've been up to. Which I have no problem sharing! It's great to share what God's been doing in my life and what I've been up to. I forgot my routine in this world (USA) I've been in a completely different one all along!
Transitioning from one world to another is a little more difficult than I thought it would be. I never realized how much things have changed around here or how little things have changed until I left then came back a completely different person! I don't know I have a new perspective on things and on people.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

God has our futures and only he knows what's in them, such as careers, marriage, friends, children, missions, who you trust, who you get along with, where you will end up. I would rather leave it in his hands than anyone elses! You know in this life I know that we all make mistakes and we all fall down at some point, but we need to remember that God still gets all the glory!
