Faith

"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." - Hebrews 11:6
This verse stands out to me because in everything we must have faith. God will reward those who earnestly seek him. In order to do that we must have faith! I know that I took a leap of faith by coming to New Zealand. At the time I didn't know it but he really has a lot to teach me here. I have learned so much that I feel like time has just flown! What I've learned here is that this lifestyle is a hard one to live in. It has it's daily challenges but when you push through God will reward you because of how faithful you are in the situations. We learned about love this week in my basic leadership class. Whatever I do, I realized that when you go at it with love you have a better reaction. Which is true and I have gotten myself in hot water in the past with my temper. Love is or should be the foundation of everything we do! When there's a disagreement with someone I pray and ask for Gods eyes and heart for them. I see them in a new light because God only see's the potential we all have not our faults. He loves us so much that he can only see the good in us. Sin is our past, he keeps no record of wrongs. How amazing is that! Pretty stinkin' amazing let me tell ya!
