Yummy...

Stir fry
Can be made with beef or lamb
And can be made with whatever vegetables you have

30                                                                                       
Meat                                                                8lbs                                          
Marinade:
Chilli sauce                                                       200ml                                       
Soy sauce                                                         ½ cup                                      
Wostershire sauce                                            ½ cup                                      
Sesame oil                                                        1tsp                                         
Olive oil                                                            50ml                                        
Moroccan spice                                                3tbsp                                       
--------------------
Onions-sliced                                                   4                                             
Carrots-peeled sliced on an angle                      8                                            
Mixed capsicums (price check) cut on angle      5                                            
Broccoli                                                           6                                              
Baby corn (tinned) drained                                A10                                         
Bean sprout-(price check)                                2 packs                                    
Spinach                                                            2 bunches                                 

the stir fried meat:
Put all the ingredients of the Marinade in a large bowl and whisk together add the meat and mix till all is coated – leave for 1hr -3hrs to marinade   
 Heat a large frying pan fry and fry off the meat a batch at a time –do not over fill the pan then put into a large tray cover with foil
Put in oven for 15 mins at 400'F just before serving

The vegetables
Heat a large pan up with oil, fry off the vegetables a batch at a time starting at the top of the list tip into a large metal tray, cover with foil (add some hot water when cooking the spinach)
Put in the over for15 mins at 200’c just before serving   

Serve with: egg noodles
                        Instant noodles            
                        Rice
                        (Egg fried rice made of leftover rice)
You can serve separately or mixed together.

This is an amazing stir fry mix, you can cut the ratio for you. I'm not sure what it is exactly but it says it will feed 30 people but it will really feed 15 if you do seconds. Or if you feed men then it would be about 10 or so. It's a real good meal and it goes so fast in the line! People love it. Mainly the marinade is what makes it. 
This week has been a good week with good food coming out of the kitchen along with smiles.
