These past few weeks this song keeps coming up in my quiet time, every time I listen to it I play it over and over. I love the lyrics, it's an invitation to God saying come in and awake me! This song brings me much comfort, it was one of the songs that throughout the school got all of us out of our comfort zones with worship. We would jump around and yell out AWAKE MY SOUL!!! I was made to meet my maker!
With this new journey ahead of me, I have really been pressing into see what the Lord has for me. With everything going on around me with people packing, sorting their stuff, saying goodbye... All I can say is awake my soul oh Lord for this next season. Let me see what you have for me! I'm excited and really feel ready to have this summer totally open to what he has.
